We extend credit to well-rated JBT (Jewelers Board of Trade) accounts with accompanying references. You can download our credit application and E-mail Joel Weiss, fax 1-212-768-9124, or mail it to us.

• If we made a mistake or your unhappy with our work we will issue you a full credit.
• If in the event you overworked your piece or want us to recast for whatever reason, we issue you credit for the weight of the metal only. 
• If any excess sprue that is sawed off can be returned for full credit at the invoiced rate.

We ship FedEx overnight or 2nd day. All packages go out insured and will be charged to your account. If you have your own FedEx account, we can charge all shipping directly to your account. We ship all over the US & Canada daily.

We are open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm, but if your coming to drop off an order please arrive before 4pm. 

You can download our confidentiality agreement. Simply fill in the customer information and send it to us. We will sign it, and send it back to you.

All models, molds and files you paid for are your property and can be returned at any time. Please see our policies page.

There is a metal & labor charge on all castings. All metal prices are market-based on the day after your order is received. For gold, the metal premium is based on the 2nd London fix, plus $15.00. For platinum, the premium is based on the Johnson Matthey price.

There are no minimum orders at Carrera. You must order at least one!

If you send us a file for an average sized piece before 2pm, we will have a resin ready for casting by the next day. Larger pieces, such as large pins or bracelets, may require an extra one to two days. For design projects, you will be given a time frame when we take the project on.

Typically it's around $150-$600 to get you production ready. Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the jewelry. 

We can design a piece of jewelry from most drawings. We can create a CAD file from a sketch with your design details. The more details you provide, the faster and more complete we will be in our CAD model.

If you need us to scale your model we can do that for you. If your file requires a small repair we can usually repair it with no problem. If your file requires "major surgery" we will contact you before proceeding.

As a casting house we do not provide any services after casting. This would include all of the following:

• Plating
• Polishing
• Assembly
• Stamping
• Engraving
• Setting
• Findings
• Chains

We can either store your active molds at our facility or return them with your order.
