You will also need to download our "New Customer" forms and email (dave.berk at carreracasting.com), fax 1-212-768-9124 or mail them back to us. Not all of these forms are necessary to establish a new account.

You can also call our office for assistance, or come by in person. You can even send your work and contact information to us and we will contact you.

Any Carrera customer with an established account can begin to use all of the functionality of the website. Please click here to start the registration process - select the     button and you are on your way.

We extend credit to well-rated JBT accounts with accompanying references. You can download our credit application and E-mail (dave.berk at carreracasting.com), fax 1-212-768-9124, or mail it to us.

We accept all major credit cards.

Any work that you receive that is unsatisfactory can be returned for full credit.

We ship FedEx overnight or 2nd day. All packages go out insured and will be charged to your account. If you have your own FedEx account, we can charge all shipping directly to your account.

We are open Monday through Friday 9AM to 6 PM.

You can download our confidentiality agreement. Simply fill in the customer information and send it to us. We will sign it, and send it back to you.

All models, molds and files are your property and can be returned at any time. Please see our policies page. 

There is a metal & labor charge on all castings. All metal prices are market-based on the day after your order is received. For gold, the metal premium is based on the 2nd London fix, plus $3.50. For platinum, the premium is based on the Johnson Matthey price.

There are no minimum orders at Carrera. You must order at least one!
